Who We Are

Dalton Rohr

 

General Manager

Credentials: BS, CPR/AED, MOB, DartFish

 

Dalton Rohr obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from ISU, Certified in DartFish (Sports Performance Analysis), Certified Matter of Balance Coaching, and CPR/AED certified. Dalton worked for LA Fitness for four years as the Personal Training Director of the Avon and Greenwood locations and assisted in the results of hundreds of clientele. He takes great pride in being a fitness business professional. We're happy to have him on our team and we look forward to growing Peak, together!

David McMannus

Lead Trainer/Consultant

Credentials: MS, MSCC, USAW, CPR/AED

Master Coach David McMannus joins the Peak Performance team as the lead trainer and professional consultant. With over 20 years of experience in the field of Strength and Conditioning, his knowledge and experience are a great asset to our organization.

Coach McMannus is a member and certified master coach of the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa). Coach McMannus is currently entering his twelfth year as Director of Strength and Conditioning at Indiana State University. At ISU he oversees the design and implementation of the strength, conditioning, and nutrition programs of all 16 teams and over 350 student athletes. He has aided the Sycamores with numerous Missouri Valley Conference Champions, All-Americans, National Champions and Professional Athletes (NFL, MLB, Nike).

Before taking over as Director of the Sycamore Strength & Conditioning program, Coach McMannus accomplished two professional NFL Internships with the Chicago Bears and the Indianapolis Colts under the tutelage of Rusty Jones and Jon Torine, respectively.
 
McMannus attended ISU where he played football and earned his bachelor's in exercise science and Master of Science.

Mikala Atkinson

Personal Trainer
Credentials: BS, CPR/AED

Mikala joins the Peak Performance Team as one of our personal trainers. She is a Hoosier native and grew up locally, in Brazil, IN. She attended Indiana State University interning here, at Peak Performance and in Cookeville, TN at CrossFit Mayhem. In 2020, she obtained her BS in Exercise Science. Mikala's mission is to show people of all ages that working towards a healthier lifestyle can be fun and rewarding!

EMILY LAWRENCE

Personal Trainer

Credentials: BA, MS, CSCS, CPR/AED

Emily brings more than 13 years of successful NCAA Division III coaching experience to Peak Performance Gym. In her time coaching collegiate track and field (T&F), she has coached nine NCAA Division III national qualifiers in various events and has spearheaded the strength and conditioning (S&C) programs with the teams she has worked with. She started the S&C program - from scratch - at the University of Texas at Tyler, where she was the head S&C coach. Emily is a CSCS with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has also spent time in the physical therapy world working with special populations. Emily was a Division I student-athlete at the University of Dayton, where she competed in T&F and graduated in 2010 with her BA in Communications and 2012 with a MS in Kinesiology. Emily's mission statement: Creating habits, learning and tools that can make fitness fun and effective for a lifetime!

Trey Stoner

Personal Trainer

Credentials: NASM CPT, Virtual Coaching Specialist, CPR/AED

Trey's background comes from traditional strength training, calisthenics, and CrossFit. His mission is to motivate and help clients achieve their fitness goals through learning independence and safe exercise techniques!
