Who We Are

Dalton Rohr

 

General Manager

Credentials: BS, CPR/AED, MOB, DartFish

 

Dalton Rohr obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from ISU, Certified in DartFish (Sports Performance Analysis), Certified Matter of Balance Coaching, and CPR/AED certified. Dalton worked for LA Fitness for four years as the Personal Training Director of the Avon and Greenwood locations and assisted in the results of hundreds of clientele. He takes great pride in being a fitness business professional. We're happy to have him on our team and we look forward to growing Peak, together!

Caleb Richey

Personal Trainer

Credentials: NASM CPT, CPR/AED

Caleb started his fitness journey 4 years ago because he was very overweight, weighing 250lbs. Since he started his journey, he has managed to lose 75lbs! Following his weight loss, Caleb managed to add ~20lbs of muscle! He's from a small town called Shelburn, IN and has always enjoyed spending time with family, whether they're outside shooting skeet, making home cooked meals, or going to church on Sundays. He took this position because he'd "have an amazing opportunity to work with experienced coaches and to help make clients healthy and happy!". Caleb's personal mission as a CPT is to guide and support individuals in their journey towards optimal health and fitness by designing a balanced approach with personalized proper techniques, safety, continuous education, and providing the highest quality of service and contribution! 

Mikala Atkinson

Personal Trainer
Credentials: BS, CPR/AED

Mikala joins the Peak Performance Team as one of our personal trainers. She is a Hoosier native and grew up locally, in Brazil, IN. She attended Indiana State University interning here, at Peak Performance and in Cookeville, TN at CrossFit Mayhem. In 2020, she obtained her BS in Exercise Science. Mikala's mission is to show people of all ages that working towards a healthier lifestyle can be fun and rewarding!

EMILY LAWRENCE

Personal Trainer

Credentials: BA, MS, CSCS, CPR/AED

Emily brings more than 13 years of successful NCAA Division III coaching experience to Peak Performance Gym. In her time coaching collegiate track and field (T&F), she has coached nine NCAA Division III national qualifiers in various events and has spearheaded the strength and conditioning (S&C) programs with the teams she has worked with. She started the S&C program - from scratch - at the University of Texas at Tyler, where she was the head S&C coach. Emily is a CSCS with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has also spent time in the physical therapy world working with special populations. Emily was a Division I student-athlete at the University of Dayton, where she competed in T&F and graduated in 2010 with her BA in Communications and 2012 with a MS in Kinesiology. Emily's mission statement: Creating habits, learning and tools that can make fitness fun and effective for a lifetime!

CADE HARKINS

Personal Trainer
Credentials: CPT, CPR/AED

Cade is a dedicated personal trainer and natural bodybuilder in classic physique. With 6 years of experience in the gym, Cade has developed an understanding of fitness, body transformation, and how to achieve lasting results! Cade got into fitness because of high school sports and at the beginning of his journey, he lost 50 pounds! This experience drives his passion for helping others achieve similar success, whether through building muscle, losing fat, or improving overall physical health! Cade is pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Indiana State University and plans to pursue a doctorate in Physical Therapy after graduation. Outside of fitness, Cade enjoys hiking, fishing, and watching Marvel movies. Cade's mission is committed to helping clients become the best versions of themselves through personalized training programs with a focus on sustainable results, and a genuine passion for health and fitness
